The sales and marketing processes we offer to customers who request Bizmed products are presented below.

When we first make contact with customers interested in Bizmed and its products, we want to visit them at their hospital and meet them face-to-face. After a general introduction to our company, we gather information about our customers’ needs and the hospital’s current structure to understand them. We share technical competence data and the necessary infrastructure requirements. When these issues are completed, we request an appointment for the next stage, which is the demo presentation.

We request that all hospital personnel from each department who participated in the preliminary interview be present for our Bizmed demo. After a brief theoretical briefing on Bizmed and its products, we will begin our presentation on all the available modules in Bizmed. Our presentation will progress in a question-answer format in an environment where hospital personnel attending the demo can share all their needs and questions.

If the hospital that completed the demo requests, we demonstrate working with Bizmed on-site at a hospital that already uses Bizmed, by pairing all relevant unit personnel with the hospital personnel who have the same job using Bizmed. They have the opportunity to ask their unit-specific questions directly to the Bizmed user and experience it firsthand.

After the completion of all the presentation and training processes, a pricing study is conducted based on the hospital’s current usage status and is conveyed to the hospital’s purchasing department. During this process, it is clarified which Bizmed and Bizmed products are requested, and the final decision is made

After completing all the steps of the sales and marketing process, the parties reach an agreement by presenting the contract terms. The start date of the project is determined, and the assigned Bizmed personnel commence the operation.
